We have recently become aware that there have been some problems with our online ordering system. These have now been rectified but there are potentially some issues with orders placed between 12th October and 4th November as follows:

If you  have made a purchase from our online shop since 12th October 2025 and have made a BACS payment but have NOT received your books, please forward a copy of your original order confirmation to museum@halsteadhistory.org.uk and we will fulfil the order ASAP.

If you have placed an order for books and have NOT received an order confirmation and have NOT received your books, please resubmit your order through the website.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
